International orders ship via fastest, insured U.S. Post Air and are typically delivered by your local post office within 7 to 14 business days. Please allow up to 21 business days, though, as packages are subject to local service and customs clearance times. Shipping charges are based on the actual USPS weight rate for your package (we do not inflate rates like other companies), plus nominal insurance based on package value. We follow your direction, shipping your selections fast, discretely and with every effort possible taken to eliminate or minimize import fees and speed customs clearance. With close to two decades experience, customers far and wide praise our fast, reliable worldwide service.
Unlike others, we'll also never ignore you if something goes amiss, rare as it may be. In fact, any product returned unopened for any reason whatsoever receives a prompt refund of the product total upon return receipt. Better yet, you can opt for a full store credit of the item total PLUS an additional 10% bonus good towards any other product or a reship. Note that initial shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for return fees or postage due packages.
Most items are legal worldwide, but exceptions exist. It is your personal responsibility to know and comply with applicable local regulations. The rare customs refusal is credited as above provided it meets international postal law requiring the item be returned to us in it's original, sealed condition. If this law is violated and they illegally open/retain/destroy your purchase it constitutes a personal property risk/loss beyond our remedy. Nonetheless, in good faith we'll file a USPS loss claim and if granted will issue a credit for the insured amount. Note that insured amounts are less than purchase price to save you importation fees and USPS generally takes 8-10 weeks to process claims.
